Role Overview: As Service Director, you will report directly to the Managing Director and hold comprehensive responsibility for leading the strategy and execution of all service delivery. Develop and oversee the company’s service delivery strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer expectations.
Lead, mentor, and manage multi-disciplinary service teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Establish and refine processes to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Location & Travel: This hybrid role requires flexibility, with time split between offices in Essex (approximately 60/40), alongside client visits as needed.
