Project Management Officer - Investment Bank

We’re seeking a PMO/PM Support Professional to play a critical role in driving an operational resilience program for a leading financial institution. This position focuses on ensuring compliance regulations, managing key milestones, and supporting the transition to business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage progress across workstreams, document operational processes, and align with global/local guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and operational procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Perform quality checks, ensure appropriate approvals, and enhance operational workflows.
  • Support the creation of technical documentation, including the Tertiary Vault Playbook.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in PMO/project management support, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and expertise in managing complex documentation processes.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, and document management systems.
  • Familiarity with operational resilience frameworks, PRA SS1/21, and value stream mapping is highly desirable.
