Creative Instrumentation are recruiting a Production Engineer to be based in our factory in East Worthing. We have a strong long term order book and as a result we need to increase the level of permanent staff as the business grows.

As a business we work within a variety of sectors including Aerospace, Medical, Oil & Gas and Defence as a sub-contractor for some of the leading global companies in their given field.

The main aspect of the roll is to managing the technical/critical success factors of any given project for its lifetime within the company.

Driving the project (projects) to plan.

* Ensure that all manufacturing procedures are followed by the operators working on the projects.

* Ensure that purchased parts for given projects have been ordered and followed through with delivery dates communicated to Production.

* Manual manufacturing assembly.

Previous Project Engineering Management.

* Manufacturing/Engineering Experience

* Experience managing all aspects of projects

* Ability to plan, organise and prioritise both themselves, workload and operators working on given projects
