Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
Oversee the development and implementation of technical strategies, policies, and procedures to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality assurance, and research and development to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Manage all aspects of product development, from concept to commercialization, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Identify and evaluate new technologies, processes, and equipment to enhance efficiency, quality, and competitiveness.
Food Science Degree (or equivalent qualification)
Food Safety and Food Hygiene Qualifications
Analytical and self motivated individual with good planning skills.
