From passive candidates to industry experts, you’ll leverage your networks and tools to find the best talent.
The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor partnering with the business to deliver on all recruitment activities across London and some European locations. You will report into a Recruitment Lead and have day to day support from a team of Recruitment Coordinators.
Provide support as a recruitment expert to line managers, delivering efficient processes, benchmarking and offer management
Track, screen and respond to all speculative candidates, building an internal market map where appropriate
Advise hiring managers on the most suitable recruitment process, coaching hiring managers on interviewing skills and techniques including testing
Influence hiring managers on the importance of diversity in the recruitment process
Collaborate on ad hoc HR projects – contribute ideas to improve recruiting function and candidate experience
A self starter with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition
Proven experience as a recruiter, working in financial services ideally within private markets, asset management, or investment banking / global markets.
