We are currently recruiting several senior administrative roles across our Service including Assessment, Programme Support, Student Support and Postgraduate Researcher Support.

As Student Education Officer within the Student Records and Reporting Team you will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of our registration processes. This includes the review and update of the online system, producing communication materials, training colleagues and during peak times extracting and manipulating data for Senior Managers to enable decision making.

You will be enthusiastic about supporting collaboration within Student Curriculum and Operations and be adaptable and flexible with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to appropriately pitch guidance to staff and students. You will have the ability to use software to collect, extract and refine qualitative and quantitative data and provide support and input into a range of technical solutions related to student records and reporting. With a strong customer focus, you will always think about how we can do better and will contribute proactively to improving our Service.
