About The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join the planning and strategy team at a leading media agency, operating across its expanding portfolio of clients. The team is dedicated to charting and leading the strategic trajectory and advancement of clients, crafting media campaigns and strategies finely tuned to fulfill their needs and objectives. As a Senior Account Manager, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of managing client relationships and collaborating with all departments within the agency. Demonstrating expertise across three key operational areas: Clients, Business and Budgets, and Team is essential.

Clients:
As an independent leader, the Senior Account Manager will manage key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact across all channels, bolstered by a team of media specialists (offline and online) and the broader planning and strategy team. Regular communication with clients through weekly status calls and periodic strategy sessions and reviews is paramount. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, organization, and confidence to lead calls and presentations. They will coordinate multiple projects and deadlines across the team while fostering strong client relationships. Knowing clients’ businesses thoroughly is essential, staying abreast of industry trends and performance metrics. This includes overseeing weekly and monthly reports, requiring analytical acumen to extract strategic insights from the data.

About The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should possess several years of experience within a media agency and have a strong desire to contribute significantly to clients' success and meet their marketing and business objectives. Previous roles should provide them with a solid understanding of planning and various media channels, both offline and online, along with proficiency in planning tools like Nielsen and YouGov. Excellent communication and project management skills are a must, along with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and lead collaboratively. The agency is looking for proactive problem solvers with an analytical mindset, capable of applying insights to their planning strategies while understanding client performance.

About Their Experience:
Several years of planning experience across offline and online channels.
Familiarity with planning tools such as Nielsen, YouGov, TGI, etc.
Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:
Previous line management experience.
