Job title: Operations Leader - Reactor

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensuring day to day operations are carried out safely and to plan, whilst ensuring correct flow of into trade teams windows
  • Responsible for ensuring nuclear safety and compliance through management of procedure and processes
  • Responsible for leading and solving complex technical problems to allow the continuation of the reactor build line involving a wide array of stakeholders
  • You will be required to give feedback to senior management regarding progress on the build and escalating key support where required

Your skills and experiences:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a broad knowledge of the operations function
  • Experienced in Nuclear Reactor builds, with preference to pressurised water reactors in a naval environment
  • Ability to interpret engineering outputs and produce plans for assembly
