Outstanding School in Nottinghamshire, East Midlands Full time QTS is required Education Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Head of MFL to lead our department in an outstanding school located in Nottinghamshire, East Midlands. General duties of the Head of MFL will be:

  • Leading and managing the MFL:department, including curriculum development, staff management, and student progress monitoring.
  • Developing and implementing engaging and innovative language programs that promote fluency and cultural understanding.
  • Providing leadership and support to department staff, including mentoring and professional development opportunities.
  • Monitoring student progress and attainment in language acquisition, implementing interventions to support and challenge students as needed.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to contribute to the overall strategic direction and development of the school.
To qualify for this role, candidates must have extensive experience teaching Spanish and/or French and hold relevant leadership qualifications or experience. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about language education, with a track record of excellence in teaching and leadership.
