Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to meet company objectives.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in industry events to build company presence.
  • Maintain a knowledge of industry trends and competitors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Executive should have:

  • Proven skills in business development within the business services industry.
  • Excellent relationship building and customer service skills.
  • A strong understanding of the business services industry.
  • Able to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated, with a drive to succeed and meet targets.
