About us The Twenty Two, a luxury lifestyle hotel with an all-day neighbourhoodrestaurant and a private members club, on the historic Grosvenor Square in Londons Mayfair. Set within a Grade II listed Edwardian Townhouse at number 22 Grosvenor Square, the building has been redesigned into a Westside hideaway for creative cohorts, local residents and international guests in London. The role Our Maitre D will assist the Guest Relations Manager and dining team in the successful and efficient running of the dining room ensuring that our service consistently and epitomises the ultimate in effortless luxury and lifestyle hospitality. Responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression to our guests. Assisting with overseeing the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-visit. Upholding the highest standards an ensuring guests experience is always in line with our standards and ultimately and building rapport with our members and guests with a view to strengthening and nurturing these relationships ensuring brand loyalty. The role The Restaurant Reservations Manager will be responsible for successfully managing the Reservations Team and ensuring all the public restaurant bookings for the property including booking information and guest/members records are accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate willproduce weekly and monthly departmental reports for the Operations Director on cover activity andidentify periods where demand is low and execute strategies to engage guest and members to dine during these periods. *Must have a good knowledge of operating Seven Rooms, MS Office.
