Business Development Manager / Project Manager Location: Knowlhill, Milton Keynes Full-time Permanent - Core office hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)£35,000 - £50,000 per annum + commission (Dependent on experience) Facilities Management Solutions are part of the well-established PGS Group based in Milton Keynes that has been supporting local businesses since 2010. We work with clients across all sectors, from education and healthcare to warehousing and commercial properties, in and around MK and the surrounding areas. We save organisations precious time and money by sourcing and then project managing the most appropriate solution for their site's requirements. Having one point of contact takes our clients building management headaches away where we manage projects from quotation right through to completion. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join us at an exciting time for our company. We have recently moved to a new office in Knowlhill at the heart of Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be an important contributor to our team's continued success. This position will help ensure that we continue to deliver the quality of service our clients expect, whilst sticking to our core values. This role puts the successful candidate in the sales driving seat helping to deliver our ambitious targets. Joining a close-knit team of eight people including three additional Business Development / Project Managers. No day is the same at FMS, this role is all about bringing new clients on board, closely managing your portfolio and maximising new opportunities. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have the following skills and mindset: · Experience in a similar Sales / Business Development role · Demonstrable experience of a successful business development / sales career · Proven results within a similar role · Enjoys a friendly, competitive sales environment · An analytical approach to looking at sales figures and conversions · The successful candidate will ideally have experience within Facilities Management, Building Management, Construction or a similar industry · A strong communicator at all levels · Confident, enjoys networking, the sales process, meeting new people and building lasting business relationships · A self-starter who can consistently deliver results whilst bringing new ideas and opportunities to market · Good IT skills and the confidence to work with a new CRM / Project Management system · Experience in managing and delivering projects ensuring that these are delivered successfully · Organised, with the ability to multi-task, delivering multiple projects simultaneously whilst consistently searching out the next opportunity · Attention to detail, never settling for second best · Full driving licence with own transport and willing to travel around Milton Keynes and surrounding areas · Working with the Projects team, Operations Director & Managing Director to play their part in driving the company forward at this exciting time of growth Benefits · Commission Structure · Company Pension · 30 Days Annual Leave (Including bank holidays)· Car Allowance and Business Fuel Covered · Free On-site Parking · Work Phone and laptop provided · Opportunity to progress and grow within the business *NO AGENCIES PLEASE*
