We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Resource Controller to join our team. Job Responsibilities: Taking telephone calls from tenants reporting repairs Giving advice Scheduling in appointments for tradesmen to carry out repairs Dealing with technicians Customer services Working on a bespoke IT system however training will be given Have experience in housing repairs / scheduling appointments / booking in repairs.
