Our successful candidate will be a strong, confident swimmer. A current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification is essential. You will need good customer skills and be prepared to work a shift pattern to include early starts, late finishes, some weekends, and Bank Holidays. To become a Lifeguard with South Downs Leisure you will be required to do a swim test prior to interview and if successful at interview we may consider paying for your NPLQ course. However to qualify for this funding you will be required to work at least 100 hours over a year (post qualification) and all lifeguards must undertake working a weekend shift. If you leave before you have worked the 100 hours you will be required to pay back the cost of the NPLQ course fee. #J-18808-Ljbffr
