As an experienced Project Manager , you will oversee the delivery of a New Build Housing Development situated in Hull, East Yorkshire consisting of 50 traditional 3-5-bedroom houses. In this role, you will be responsible for seamlessly coordinating all aspects of the project and the team. You will work closely with various other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress, maintain budgetary compliance and achieve high-quality standards. Job Title: Project Manager

Management and quality control of sub-contractors
Estimate and allocate the financial resources needed for the project
Produce reports on the project's progress, challenges, and overall performance
Keep stakeholders regularly informed by providing updates on the project's status
Monitor the project's progress against the timeline and make adjustments as necessary
Planning and overall control of all site operations to ensure that the project targets are achieved
Develop and manage a project schedule with deadlines and key milestones, ensuring compliance with the project plans
Offer leadership and direction to project teams, encourage collaboration, and inspire team members to reach project objectives
