The Role:
An exciting new position of Project Lead Generation Consultant within an established and growing specialist manufacturing business based in Easingwold near York.
The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the company's project tracking and the development of sales opportunities. Primary responsibility will be researching projects and contractors, project tracking, lead generation, and liaising with the sales team in opening new opportunities. Duties will also include conducting Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs for clients, sales team and customer base, ensuring continuous education and development of the company's product in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential new projects and leads through various channels including Construction project leads and specifier portals.
Collaborate with the sales team in development of lead and project opportunities.
Design, plan and coordinate CPD programs to present CPDs to both the internal team, customers and architects by video and on site.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CPD programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
The ideal person:
Excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience in organising and conducting CPD programs is an advantage.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data for decision-making.
Proficiency in using CRM software
Team-oriented, collaborative, and customer-focused approach
