Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level with a global leader?

Our client is the world leader in Beryllium-Copper products and is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. Since 1987, they have been at the forefront of processing high-precision strips, wires, and bars in copper-beryllium alloys, meeting the most specific and demanding requirements of their clients.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the company’s customer base across the UK, Ireland, and worldwide. You will be an essential part of our sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Our client have a small team of 8 dedicated individuals who all exhibit strong team spirit and work collaboratively; you must also possess a good team ethic. Our client’s philosophy is ‘Enriching Human Life by Adding New Value to Society.’

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Proven experience in an Internal Sales or Telesales role
  • Background in the metals or plastics industry is desirable, but not essential
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Ability to meet customers face-to-face as the role develops
  • A valid driving license and preferably personal transport for future customer visits

What will your role look like?

  • Handle existing customer accounts, process orders, upsell products, and introduce new product lines
  • Reach out to potential new customers to generate fresh business opportunities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs regarding weights, dimensions, and product types
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotes
  • Maintain and update inventory records
  • Work with suppliers globally, managing orders and currency exchanges
  • Scope to visit customers and attend exhibitions as your role evolves

  • On the job training, learning the workings of the office, however, if you need any specific additional training like Microsoft Office or TEAMS etc. then the company would look to have this done
