Commercial Insurance Account Handler

to join our dynamic team based in

Solihull . In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to our clients, and ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders. Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage solutions. Process policy documentation accurately and efficiently. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products to provide informed advice to clients. Collaborate with colleagues to optimize processes and enhance the overall client experience. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of insurance products and policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
