With over 50 in existence, the business has seen exceptional growth since the beginning of the year and we are now recruiting for the role of Manufacturing Technician to enable us to meet new customer demands. The right candicate should be, hands-on, willing to work across functional areas when required and be prepared to run their own manufacturing cell as and when such an opportunity becomes available.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Technician at MJS Healthcare Ltd located in Luton. The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for conducting production assembly, equipment maintenance, quality control, and troubleshooting. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes and meet production targets.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field
  • Knowledge of assembly processes and equipment
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with general office software
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting
  • Higher level education Diploma or equivalent, technical certification or degree is a plus
  • Experience within a manufacturing setting advantageous
  • You must be a team player
  • Immediate start for the right candidate.
  • Must have right to work in the UK.
