This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, with four days on-site in London and one day remote, providing a balanced approach to work-life integration.


Your duties as the Head of Third Party Quality Management will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Establish, maintain, and improve core Third Party Quality Management processes and systems.

Lead the team to ensure compliant and on-time execution of third party quality management activities, such as, but not limited: global GxP supplier oversight, audit deliverables, supplier change notifications, damaged defective raw materials, system improvements, and monitoring supplier risks.

Monitor and apply metrics to assess vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.


To be successful in your application as the Head of Third Party Quality Management, the following are sought in your profile and past history:

Relevant degree qualification in either a science, engineering, biochemistry, or related fields.

Proven experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment with a focus on GxP Audits.

Strong technical expertise in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Clinical environments.

Willingness to travel up to 30%.
