Our partner is looking for a Senior Full Stack Web Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in advancing a web-based geospatial data exploration platform with applications across diverse domains such as maritime insurance, defence and security, and specialized investigations. Your expertise will extend beyond coding to offering valuable insights and guidance across the organization.
In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining our esteemed position as global leaders in geospatial intelligence, continuously enhancing and upkeeping the existing code base. Collaborate closely with a dedicated and growing team of developers and data scientists, taking ownership of your decisions and demonstrating self-motivation and a sense of responsibility.
As a Senior Full Stack Web Developer, you won't just be a part of the team; you'll be a leader, overseeing small development teams and projects. Embrace the challenge of working on both existing code bases and greenfield projects, contributing significantly to the evolution of our "intelligence as a Service" offering.
Your responsibilities will extend to shaping Product Development Direction, utilizing your skills in a range of geospatial data projects across various industry sectors.
Frontend: Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Jest, Mapbox, Esri, or a similar geospatial tool, with a deep understanding of at least one of these technologies.
Experience with Python, Pytest, and a strong commercial background in at least one backend tech language.
AWS Experience: Familiarity with lambda (python), API gateway, and Cognito.
Tech Lead: Experience leading small teams or serving as a tech lead on projects.
