Senior Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Clinical Informatics Nurse to help achieve the strategic aims of the Nursing and Midwifery Professional Standards and Nursing Workforce Corporate Team in Hywel Dda UHB.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Nursing for Digital, Informatics Lead Nurse Heads of Nursing and senior nurses across the health board, leading on a range of digital projects and related digital transformation programmes for nursing and midwifery .
They will be a key member of the corporate nursing team supporting all aspects of nursing service modernisation through digitalisation and supporting service change aligned to the Annual Plan.
They will have considerable ability to organise their own workload and act on their own initiative to deliver the delegated project aims.

Degree or equivalent professional qualification, NMC registrant
Postgraduate qualification to master's level or equivalent experience
Extensive experience of working in the NHS at a senior management level
Understanding of project management
Knowledge of NHS planning processes
Project management qualification
Service planning and working in multi-disciplinary environment
Leadership on NHS service projects / programmes
Experience of clinical informatics project management
Language skills
Welsh speaker (Level 1)
