Estimator – Ecosafe Group*
*Location:* Poole Office (with regular site visits)
*Ecosafe Group is a trusted contractor in the public and private sectors, delivering construction, refurbishment, and maintenance works across the South. We are committed to quality, safety, and innovation, working in partnership with clients to provide exceptional project delivery.
We are looking for an experienced and driven *Estimator* to join our team. You will work closely with our Operations Managers and Contracts Managers, preparing competitive, accurate, and well-structured tender submissions for projects ranging from small works to multi-million-pound developments.
*Manage and process enquiries for projects up to £20m, ensuring submissions are on time and commercially viable.
* Client & Project Engagement*
* Attend client sites to carry out surveys and gather project information.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
*Review and clarify all contract and tender documentation to ensure a complete understanding of project requirements.
* Ensure compliance with Ecosafe Group’s quality, health & safety, and environmental policies.
*Proven track record as an Estimator in the construction industry.
* Proficient in interpreting 2D and 3D drawings.
* HNC or higher in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
* Previous experience pricing projects in social housing, planned maintenance, or refurbishment sectors.
*Commitment to delivering high-quality work that reflects Ecosafe Group’s values.
