SALES PROGRESSOR (NEW HOMES) Residential Estate Agency
Permanent Full Time
This is a great role for a Sales Progressor (New Home) with previous experience in residential sales coupled with excellent communication skills and a personable nature.
You will be responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale. You will ensure that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisor and other agents. This is a Monday to Friday role with enormous potential and would suit someone who is or has previously been a Senior Sales Negotiator but would like their weekends back
The ideal candidate will be accurate and dependable, careful, and thorough and have a good knowledge of the residential sales process, including exceptional problem solving skills.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales Progressor (New Homes) role will include:

Previous experience in sales progression
Knowledge of the sales process
The Company: Our client is an Independent Residential & Commercial Agent on the South Coast with an excellent reputation and several local Sales & Lettings offices in and around the East / West Sussex area
