Job Title: Medical Affairs Solutions Lead

Location: UK - Remote

Role Overview:

The Medical Affairs Solutions Lead will bridge the gap between medical affairs and AI technology, working closely with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions. You’ll play a strategic role in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and supporting the adoption of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales to identify client needs and tailor AI solutions.
  • Act as the primary medical affairs expert, aligning client needs with technology.
  • Develop best practice guides and facilitate AI adoption.
  • Guide AI roadmap development in line with client goals and medical affairs needs.
  • Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines.
  • Work with product teams to align features with customer requirements.
  • Lead training and change management for new AI technologies.
  • Provide expertise in medical affairs areas, including field excellence, insights management, and KOL engagement.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in medical affairs, with expertise in medical excellence, operations, and scientific communications.
  • Understanding of AI and how it can advance medical affairs
  • Proven experience working with field teams and a strong understanding of medical insights processes.
  • Strong coaching, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Commercial experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AI and digital transformation in healthcare.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
