Maintain supplier relationships and manage procurement processesRequirements as a Buyer: Experience in a similar role within Rail/ Construction / Engineering industry
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
Commercial awareness and budget management
Excellent communication and computer literacy
CIPS qualification (or working towards) and a relevant degree (preferred)
