Financial Planning & Analysis:
Consolidate and analyse financial data from multiple international sites to provide a clear overview of the company’s performance.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning across the global operations.
Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Work closely with the CFO to evaluate and execute strategic initiatives, including expansion into new markets, acquisitions, and major investments.
Conduct financial due diligence and prepare in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making on key global projects.

Reporting, Analysis, and Business Partnering:
Partner with operational leads and site managers in key regions to understand their financial challenges and provide actionable insights.
Deliver financial reports that accurately reflect the performance of the global operations, with a focus on cash flow, liquidity, and treasury management.
Perform variance analysis and offer recommendations to optimise financial outcomes across all regions.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting across all global entities.

Support the CFO in leading and mentoring the finance team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Work closely with international finance teams to ensure alignment with global financial goals and practices.

Be a hands-on FP&A professional with strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex financial planning processes across multiple international regions.
Be proficient in improving financial processes and systems within a global context.
A competitive daily rate of £350-£400, operating outside IR35.
Flexible working arrangements, including a mix of on-site presence in Manchester and remote working.
A collaborative, high-performance culture with a focus on professional development.
