Build the best technologyin-house , using new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting
This role will report directly to the Head of Data for collections and will work closely with the MD of Collections, providing the data visualisation tools needed to maintain and grow Lendable's collection strategy. You will be building and delivering the data pipelines and dashboards thatd rive the insight for decision-making of the senior leadership in Collections. There will be a chance to create a major impact byunderstanding, designing and implementing dashboardsthat convert data into actionable insights . Working closely with senior leadership to understand the information they need to build and maintain an industry-leading collections strategy that is data-driven.
You have solid analyticalandproblem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
You have worked with data engineers and understand best practices for building, documenting and maintaining data pipelines and dashboards.
You have exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively liaising with senior stakeholders, i nterpreting their requirements and translating them into valuable, actionable BI
Minimum of3 years of experienceas a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, preferably in thefinancial services or consumer credit industry.
Strong understanding ofextract, load, and transform(ELT) processes and experience with data integration and data warehousing concepts.
Proficiency in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar.
Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
Ability to workindependently and collaborativelyin a fast-paced, agile environment.
Design, develop, and maintain ELT processes to extract, load, and transform data from various sources into our data warehouse.
Conduct thoroughdata validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports and analyses.
Collaborate with data engineersand data scientists to optimise data models and improve data infrastructure.
