We're in search of a seasonedMarketing Executive with a proven track record of success in both online and offline marketing. The Marketing Executive will be instrumental in devising and executing strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting prospective students and fostering partnerships with educational institutions worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the education landscape, coupled with a flair for innovative marketing techniques.

As a Marketing Executive at Study Now, you'll be responsible for spearheading our comprehensive marketing efforts. Your role will involve a diverse array of strategic responsibilities.

Main activities and responsibilities

1. Content Creation: Develop and implement a multi-channel content strategy. Craft engaging content for social media, email marketing, our website, and promotional materials that highlights our value proposition to students and institutions worldwide. Generate captivating content across various marketing channels, including social media platforms, email campaigns, website content, and promotional materials, to effectively communicate our value proposition to students and institutions alike.

2 . Design Proficiency: Must have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, to create visually appealing graphics for social media and other marketing channels.

3. Recruitment Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to align marketing strategies with recruitment goals, ensuring a unified approach in attracting and engaging prospective students.

4. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, assess the competitive landscape, and uncover growth opportunities in the education recruitment sector.

5. Strategic Partnerships: Forge and nurture partnerships with educational bodies, agencies, and stakeholders to extend our reach and influence.

6. Social Media Management: Take charge of our social media platforms. Plan and post content daily, engage with our audience, and build our social media presence. Manage all social media pages, including daily posts on all social media posts and including replying to students, interacting with different social media pages.

7. Audience Development: Grow our follower base across different social media platforms through targeted campaigns and community engagement.

8. Event Management: Organize and oversee events, from local workshops to international conferences, representing our brand and expanding our network.

9. Digital Broadcasting: Create and produce digital content such as podcasts, webinars, and online competitions, enhancing our digital footprint.

10. Social Media Oversight: Oversee the strategic direction of our social platforms, ensuring content quality, community engagement, and alignment with our brand values.

11. Event Coordination: Plan and execute educational events, workshops, and webinars that showcase our services and provide value to students and institutions.

12. Trend Analysis: Keep up-to-date with marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, applying insights to refine our marketing approach.

13. Supportive Role: Assist with various marketing initiatives as directed by the Marketing Manager, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.

14. Networking: Setting up and managing events in the UK and worldwide, attending networking events around the UK and the world. Creating and shooting Podcast, Zoom conferences, Online competition and much more.

15. Oversee the management of our social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and brand advocacy, to foster meaningful connections with our target audience.

16. Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in education recruitment and marketing, and proactively integrate relevant insights into our marketing strategies.

17. Provide support for additional marketing-related tasks and initiatives as needed to the Marketing Manager.

Additional Key Requirements:

Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to develop effective strategies.

Campaign Management: plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital media, traditional advertising, social media, email marketing, etc.

Team Leadership: provide guidance, set goals, delegate tasks, and ensure the team's efforts are aligned with the company's marketing goals.

Data Analysis: analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Market Research: conduct research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.

Collaboration: work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all touchpoints.

Brand Management: help maintain and strengthen the company's brand image. This involves ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand voice across all marketing materials.

Digital Marketing: oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and more.

Reporting and Presentation: create reports on marketing campaign performance and present findings and recommendations to senior management. Clear communication of results and insights is essential.

Person Specification

● A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

● A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Marketing or related field.

● Proven experience as Marketing Executive, with a strong track record of successful campaigns and projects.

● Mastery of Ads Manager for social media, displaying a deep understanding of targeting and optimization.

● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.

● Previous experience with both online and offline marketing strategies.

● Proficiency in market research and trend analysis.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

● Moderate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Express.

● Social Media Marketing proficiency with some or all of the following: Meta business suite, YouTube Studio, X, LinkedIn and Tik Tok.

● Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Able to demonstrate:

● A high degree of self-motivation with the ability to work independently, take effective decisions, resolve unforeseen problems and adapt to changing circumstances.

● Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing own workload and that of the team and planning ahead to meet deadlines.

● An understanding of information governance and data protection.

Special requirements

Able to undertake duties at different premises. Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours to effectively support the company’s operations and events.

Travel may be required in order to attend conferences, events, new projects and effectively represent the Company in key networks.
