O'Neill and Brennan - Regional Commercial Manager
O'Neill and Brennan are assisting a leading Tier One Main Contractor in the recruitment of an MEP biased Regional Commercial Manager to oversee one of the businesses divisions in London.
As Regional Commercial Manager, you would be overseeing 7-8 live jobs from PCSA through to delivery stages. These projects are a variety of residential and commercial schemes which range from £5m - £50m in value (MEP) with the overall business currently turning over in excess of £2bn.
In this role you would be initially overseeing circa 12 MEP commercial staff in the self delivery of a number of projects, ranging from Trainees through to Commercial Managers, however this number is expected to grow due to the upwards trajectory of the business in light of their client partnerships and tender wins as a business.
This position offers not only the chance to oversee a region for a well-established and respected Main Contractor, but also a good opportunity to develop/put to use your client-facing skills.
