Do you have a background in manufacturing or engineering work?
Do you have CNC experience?
G&H is a world leader in optical designing, testing and manufacturing. As experts in the technology of light, G&H works with customers to provide optical systems, assemblies, and components for demanding applications. Take responsibility of department/cell quality, output, safety and improvement targets
CNC experience, preferably turning or 3/5 axis with some programming knowledge
GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English, Maths and Science (Grade C+)
Flexibility and openness to working overtime when required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer literacy

As well as a competitive salary and training, company benefits include;
20% Uplift for rotating shift premium
5 overtime after 39 hours, x2 overtime for Sundays / Bank holidays
