Summary

We’re looking for a Technical Engineer (TE) to support our Technical Manager in the delivery, commissioning, and handover phases of projects. The TE will manage technical tasks, ensure quality, and maintain client satisfaction. This hands-on role involves attending client meetings, performing system surveys, and offering technical support.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support : Assist in creating commissioning plans and ensure smooth project transitions.
  • System Testing : Conduct tests, ensure system performance, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Client Interaction : Provide technical support during client meetings and demonstrations.
  • Documentation : Maintain detailed records of tests and modifications.

 

Required Skills

  • Certifications : Genetec (Omnicast and Synergis).
  • Technical : Strong knowledge of security products, SQL, networking, Windows troubleshooting, and SaaS.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Tools : Proficiency in MS Office; experience with structured cabling systems.
  • Soft Skills : Can-do attitude, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.

 

Desired Skills

  • Additional Certifications : Lenel, Gallagher, CCURE 9000, AXIS, MCSE, CCNA.
  • Programming : MS SQL, JavaScript, Python, C++, PowerShell, SDKs, APIs.
