We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wills and Probate Solicitor with at least 5 years post qualification experience to join our esteemed legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and services to clients on all aspects of wills, probate, and estate administration.

*Responsibilities:*
* Preparation of Wills
* Lasting Powers of Attorney.
* Administration of deceased’ estates.
* Court of Protection applications for appointment of a Deputy.
* Deeds of gift of unmortgaged properties, assents, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney deeds.

Suitable Candidates Will Have
* At least 5 years post qualification experience.
* Previous experience of working in private client and sound knowledge of wills, trusts and probate work
* A professional, friendly and reassuring approach to dealing with clients;
* Good organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines

This is a permanent job, working 8:30am to 5:30pm on a four-day week (Mon to Fri).

This is a fully office-based role.
