Head Chef

THE ROLE The primary responsibilities of our Head Chef is the preparation and delivery of all food items according to company specifications. Our Head Chef must be able to lead a team positively, manage kitchen pressures in a professional manner, follow all recipes,

portion control, and maintain presentation specifications. In addition, coordinating and managing the delivery, storage, and food safety standards within the kitchen. Managing cleaning schedules, controlling allergens and record keeping is also of key importance,

with the use of our food safety system, Alert65. THE DETAILS - Previous experience working as a Head Chef in a high volume fast paced kitchen. - Experience working with a similar cuisine - Great English language communication skills with a willingness to learn further skills - Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and our standards - Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team - Ability to lead the team from the front and maintain a safe working environment ABOUT US We currently have two restaurant venues which deliver a range of cuisine, one is a small plate / tapas concept, the other is a high end eatery. They are both high paced kitchens, and we aspire to be the best at what we do, every day Our kitchens and front

of house are well maintained, and investment is regularly made in each of our venues to maintain our high standards - which is important for both our customers and our team. Our restaurant managers have good working relationships with all our chefs, having great communication from front of house to back of house creates a harmonious working environment, and ultimately makes the customer experience perfect We have excellent

solid teams across the sites who support both the front of house an the back of house, and excel with their dedication to the service of our customers. We have a central production unit where we develop dishes and produce for both of our restaurants. We are an established business and are growing with four more venues planned over the next 18 months, we are aiming to create a buzzy varied food scene within

our beautiful town.
