Oracle HCM Consultant

Our client, a global consultancy has multiple opportunities for proven Oracle Cloud HCM functional consultants to join their teams, UK Wide.

If you are a professional with demonstrable experience in delivering or leading Oracle HCM implementations, whether consultant or Senior Manager level, we would be keen to hear from you

About the role:

You will be involved in

· Shaping the future of Oracle HCM solutions and forging enduring client relationships that drive success.

· Leading and managing key work streams within client engagements, influencing and making a tangible difference.

·Depending on your expertise, managing teams or mentoring junior talents, while continuously developing your own skills.

About You:

  • Full lifecycle experience of an Oracle HCM Cloud implementation(s), including 1 or more of the following Oracle HCM modules/skill areas: Core HR, Recruiting Cloud, Talent Management, Learning Management
  • Demonstrable experience in Requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis, Solution design; and functional configuration, HCM process design, Leading workshop design and delivery
  • Your ability to engage clients, manage stakeholders, and thrive in a client-facing role is exemplary.
  • Consulting background? Fantastic But we also welcome industry experts with robust Oracle Cloud HCM experience.
  • Security cleared or eligible to obtain security clearance
