Senior Electronics Engineer, Lymington, £80,000pa to £85,000pa

Thepurposeof this role:

As theSenior Electronics Engineer, you’ll be familiar with electronics design, configuration management, EMC design, testing, and reliability having worked on NPI for specialist electronic products. As the most senior member of the Electronics team, you’ll provide leadership to a high-performance, multidisciplinary team delivering in the full lifecycle development and commissioning of specialist equipment.

AstheSenior Electronics Engineer, you will:

Provide technical expertise, working hands on with design, schematics, and hardware commissioning.

Oversee the production and maintenance of documentation, effectively communicating electronics functionality requirements.

Working closely across functions to ensure system requirements are met.

Overseeing theskills developmentof the team.

Be actively involved in undertakingtechnical reviews.

Facilitate full product lifecycle from initial concept through to manufacture, working to cost and time constraints while ensuringquality and specification targets are met.

The successfulSenior Electronics Engineer will:

Have previous experience ofend-to-end product development and NPIfrom initialconcept, design, implementation, and delivery.

Be familiar with high-level electronics design, testing and hardware commissioning for product manufacture and deployment.

Have experience with electronic schematic design systems such as Altium and PAD.

Be accustomed withcreating proposals and design documentation, as well aseffectively communicating requirementsto team members across departments.

Take responsibility for overseeingrisk managementthrough project lifecycle.
