Senior Digital Strategic Partner Representative

Hybrid Working Pattern (3 days in London office, 2 days working from home)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Strategic Partner Representative within the Fashion/Sports or Retail industry to manage key accounts at Converse (Nike Inc) . You will have a genuine passion for sales and relationship management
Reporting directly into a Strategic Account Manager, you will work very closely with the Integrated Account team and more specifically with the Business Planning Team and Customer Operations Team.
Account Management: Accountable for all elements of account management including futures, at once and closeout sales. Provide account feedback to key stakeholders including the Strategic Account Manager and the Business Planner. Consistently developing market knowledge on product trends, pricing and the competition to maximize product placement and sales within the account. Effective implementation of seasonal brand communication initiatives, in line with strategic partner direction.
Planning: Work with Strategic Account Manager to develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans. Conduct monthly and seasonal business reviews with account. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business. Communicate daily with customer operations contacts and Strategic Account Manager ensuring all are aware and informed of opportunities, problems, progress, and support needed.
Results: Accountable for the execution and coordination of the day to day running of the account, ensuring all budgets and deadlines are met in a timely and consistent manner throughout the entire GTM process.
Previous proven account management and/or buying experience ideally within the Fashion / Sports or Retail industry or FMCG industry
Experience of managing account relationships across buying and merchandising
Sales experience with a strong awareness of selling dynamics.
Ability to analyse retailer sales data to identify opportunities, and act accordingly

Digital, product, retail & financial planning acumen
Experienced in communicating /presenting to senior partners (external and internal)
