Requirements: BSc/BEng/MSc/MEng in civil/structural engineering Chartered Structural Engineer (or nearing Chartered status) At least three years of structural engineering experience

Some of the duties of this role will include: Site visits to undertake surveys Prepare and check structural reports, designs and drawings, calculations, other written documents Takes on role of Project Manager for smaller or routine projects, leading project meetings and managing client interactions with excellent communication skills To prepare quotations for prospective projects To ensure fee agreements for works to be undertaken, additional work elements are agreed with additional quotations and clients are advised of timescale fees at regular intervals Building a rapport with clients, architects, and contractors Oversee junior team members to ensure they are adhering to delivery standards and following essential procedures Keep timesheets up-to-date and accurate To keep up-to-date records of continuing professional development (CPDs) Competitive Salary based on qualifications and experience Please note that this list is not exhaustive
