We look after a variety of clients in their own homes and we also work with local care homes, nursing homes and the NHSBeing employed as a Carer by us means:You will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions and shadow shifts.A variety of shifts to suit your lifestyleWork with our own clients, no agency work.Pension schemeBlue light cardFree DBS checkEnhanced Maternity/Paternity and Adoption schemesContinued professional development to support you & your careerHoliday payRefer a friend via our Care Friends incentive App- T&C's applyEmployee Assistance line - available 24/7 and fully confidential for our staffSupport from your local branch team and out of hours support.Your role will include:Prompting medicationHelping with the preparation of meals and drinksAssisting with activities of daily living, domestic duties and personal careMaintaining and updating reports such as care plansWe're looking for:Six month's paid experience in care such as a care assistant, domiciliary carer, personal healthcare assistant, care worker or similar preferred but not essential as all training/shadowing providedExcellent communication skillsA driver's licence and use of own vehicle is requiredGood professional and personal referencesIn line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.You may be asked to provide your employment details through HMRC.Whilst we endeavour to keep the recruitment process as short as possible, due to the nature of these important checks there may be extension to timelines.
