Are you an experienced Employment Lawyer with 3+ PQE? Are you looking for a new challenge within a national law firm? If so, we have the perfect role for you.

We are currently searching for an Employment Lawyer to join an established team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected national law firm and be part of a vibrant and forward-thinking team.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated and friendly team and will be responsible for providing specialist legal advice to clients on matters such as employment contracts and disputes. They will also be expected to handle a variety of matters including advising on redundancy and disciplinary matters, handling tribunal and court claims, and assisting with business immigration solutions.

The successful candidate must have 3+ PQE employment experience (contentious & non-contentious). They must also have a strong understanding of employment law and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Previous experience of working in a national law firm environment is highly desirable.
