Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust There is an opportunity for a GMC registered General Practitioner with experience in Dermatology to join our large, diverse clinical workforce working across Wythenshawe, Trafford, Withington and Altrincham Hospitals, part of the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) group of hospitals.
Post-holders must be able to work one of these days at Altrincham General Hospital as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing outpatient consultations and skin surgery on the same day at our One Stop hub.
Provide treatment clinics and/or outpatient procedures for patients referred to the department on a high suspicion of cancer pathway at the departments One Stop Hub (Altrincham General Hospital), under supervision of a consultant dermatologist.
# Provide general dermatology outpatient clinics, agreeing a management plan with the patient and ensuring details are fed back to the GP.

Inclusion on the GP register
Full registration with the General Medical Council
Higher degree completion of the postgraduate diploma in practical Dermatology or equivalent
Knowledge, Training and Experience
Clinical experience and expertise in Dermatology e.g. training post (FY/IMT/ST) in Dermatology or previous GPSI/GPwER experience
Evidence of continuing professional development and keeps up to date with medical advances
Knowledge and appreciation of the core, legal ethical and political issues with govern medical practice
Flexible and adaptable to change
