They offer hybrid working with visits onsite to their Staines-Upon-Thames based offices 2/3 days per week. For the successful Application Support Engineer our client is offer a salary of up to £35,000

The role is responsible for providing support to the customers and play an integral part in ensuring the applications are running as expected and inline with the SLA.

Repond to support requests from end-users
Experience working with SQL & web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
Demonstrate where customers/clients can optimise the full use of the software applications
Maintain a deep understanding of the software applications
