As a *Sales Assistant *you will work at the till, maintain a clean store and well stocked shelves. And supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations.

*Main duties of a retail Deli assistant typically include, but not limited:*
* Preparing and serving deli food products such as raw meat, sausages, fish, cheese, etc.
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the deli area, including cleaning equipment, counters, and display cases.
* Monitoring and rotating stock to ensure freshness and prevent waste.
* Adhering to food safety regulations and following proper food handling procedures at all times.
* Performing heavy lifting tasks, such as moving crates of stock or large food items, as required for stocking and organisation.
