Das erwartet Sie bei uns- Planung, Umsetzung und Betreuung von Unternehmens-zukäufen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem M&A Manager, dem Investment Team von Ufenau Capital Partners, sowie dem ebutec Management
- Selbstständige Markt- und Firmenanalysen sowie Erstellung von Finanzmodellen, initialen Bewertungen und Angebotsschreiben
- Unterstützung bei Koordination und Durchführung des Transaktionsprozesses (inkl. , Due- Diligence, Investment Committee Vorlagen und Begleitung der Vertragsverhandlungen)
- Unterstützung des Integrationsprozesses der Gruppe und Koordination mit allen Unternehmensbereichen und operativen Geschäftsführern
- Koordination und enge Abstimmung mit externen Beratern und internen Ansprechpartnern
- Kurzum: Als M&A Analyst / Associate verantworten Sie perspektivisch verschiedene Work-Streams in der Pre- und Post-Deal-Phase. Sie berichten dabei an einen sehr erfahrenen M&A Manager, und stehen in direktem Austausch mit dem ebutec Management und Ufenau Capital Partners. Was wir Ihnen bieten:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft / Finanzen
- 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Transaktionsumfeld in einer M&A / Corporate Finance Boutique, Investment Bank, WP-Gesellschaft, Corporate M&A, und / oder einer Unternehmensberatung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Financial Statements und Finanzmodellen, gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsstandards (HGB, IFRS), sowie rechtliche und steuerliche Grundkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Projekt-Management-Kompetenz und Fähigkeit mit unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren
- Unternehmerisches Denken mit proaktiver „Hands-On"-Mentalität, hohem Engagement, und strukturiertem, lösungsorientierten Ansatz
- Ausgeglichene, bodenständige Persönlichkeit
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wir suchen auf Gruppenebene einen unternehmerisch denkenden, motivierten M&A Analyst / Associate (m/w/d), der zur Umsetzung unserer Buy&Build-Strategie beiträgt.
