Are you passionate about ensuring software quality and reliability through manual testing? We're looking for a skilled Product Test Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the QA, software engineering, and product teams to deliver exceptional products that meet the highest standards.

About the Role:

As a Product Test Analyst, you'll become a subject matter expert on our innovative workplace enhancement platform, as well as other products in development. This role is focused solely on manual testing activities. You will be responsible for preparing test plans, writing test scripts, and executing a variety of testing activities. Your work will span across multiple platforms, including web applications, mobile apps, and smart displays, ensuring consistency and quality across different devices and operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute manual test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing, including functional, exploratory, and performance testing.
  • Ensure product releases meet requirements through detailed QA processes.
  • Provide clear feedback on test results, working closely with the wider product delivery team to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate within an agile team, contributing to process improvements and sharing knowledge with team members.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of testing tools and methodologies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in manual software testing across multiple platforms (web, mobile, smart displays).
  • Strong understanding of structured testing processes.
  • Familiarity with manual testing tools such as Airfocus and TestRail (or similar).
  • Previous experience working within an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced, multitasking environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ISTQB Foundation Certification (or similar qualification/experience).
  • Experience with tools supporting agile delivery processes.
