Your Role as an Associate Recruitment Consultant: Client and Candidate Management: Develop and maintain relationships with tech companies and top talent. Sales & Lead Generation: You'll actively reach out to potential clients and candidates, pitch opportunities, and close deals. Market Expertise: Learn to become an expert in the tech recruitment space, advising both clients and candidates on market trends and opportunities. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating contracts and onboarding. Collaboration: Work closely with our EU Contract Tech team to deliver results and drive success.
