The role:

Are you a Real Estate & Associate 2-6 years PQE seeking exposure to some of the most exciting regeneration projects, to be based in Cheltenham.

This role would suit an individual who has a background in real estate and/or development and experience acting for local authorities and public sector bodies in relation to the acquisition, disposal and development of real estate.

You'll be in good hands as this practice comprises a large team of experienced and well-respected lawyers who act for house builders, mixed-use developers, affordable housing providers, landowners (public and private) and investors on a range of cutting-edge schemes.

In this role, you will provide advice on all aspects of regeneration schemes, many of which are residential-led but others have a significant mixed-use component also.

The ideal candidate:

  • Commercial Property Solicitor 2-6 years with experience in real estate, development or housing
  • Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
  • Proven ability to generate business and identify prospects within the real estate-development space
