Contract:- Permanent Role 
Based at home in East & Central Scotland with travel required to support children and young people in foster families in Falkirk, Edinburgh, Fife, Dundee, Angus, East Lothian, West Lothian, Midlothian, Clackmannanshire, Scottish Borders, Perth and Kinross. There is an expectation that the post holder will travel to undertake face-to-face work with children and young people in East and Central Scotland. After school, evening and some weekend work will be needed based on the needs of the children and young people in the service. 
Being an accessible point of contact for the children living with our carers and to our young people, keeping them up to date with the facilities and opportunities available with TACT
Being able to transport children and young people to events, appointments and meetings (mileage reimbursed)
Organising and participating in virtual and face-to-face events and occasional residential meet-ups
Undertaking trauma-informed direct work with children and young people 
The successful candidate will be required to attend regular face-to-face meetings at least once per month in Scotland and attend other face-to-face meetings such as training and team wellbeing events as well as meeting with children and young people in person.
