Clear, confident communication with users at all levels. Logical problem-solving and commitment to service excellence. Desirable IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, CompTIA). Basic networking knowledge (routers, firewalls, access points). Experience in care, charity, or similar environments. Experience with mobile/MDM management (e.g., Intune).
