Role

As a Store Manager you will be responsible for managing our Elizabeth Street, London, store.This is a key position that requires you to be dependable and committed, working to build strong relationships with our customers and representing the company in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional and polite customer service, ensuring that standards are always maintained.
  • Retaining customer loyalty by offering appropriate and personalised service and advice.
  • Displaying both strong product knowledge and a keen interest in dogs and cats.
  • Managing the store effectively to ensure that you exceed all targets and KPI’s.
  • Responsibility for all company assets including cash and stock, ensuring that stocktakes are carried out regularly and accurately.
  • Ensuring that our precise and creative standards of visual merchandising are always maintained to reflect the image of the brand.
  • Ensuring that the company’s procedures and policies are meticulously followed.
  • Assisting with customer service for our e-commerce business.
  • Keeping a tidy and efficient back-office and stockroom to uphold efficient processes.
  • Undertaking any other duties as reasonably required to support the successful daily running of the store.

Profile

  • Polite, friendly, and engaging personality.
  • Previous luxury retail management experience.
  • Showing a high sensitivity to customer experience.
  • Impeccable personal presentation.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Aptitude to use a variety of computerised systems and digitally aware.
  • Passion to achieve and exceed targets and expectations.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative.
  • Always communicating with head office and other store staff to ensure our team works coherently.
  • Ability to take direction from management constructively.
  • Enjoying being part of a creative team.
  • Fluency in English, whilst proficiency in another language is a plus.
